Explaination Please.

I got a settlement amount from the Capitec. <br> It states on the letter 'if you repay the amount owing to us before the settlement date, the actual settlement amount will be less' settlement date on the letter says 19/04/2016 and I paid it on the 12th with was before the settlement date. I emailed customer service and said that's its fully settled. I asked them to please explain that statement on the letter and no one responds. <br> And I didn't receive not one statement, you cant get paid letters. Basically if you take a loan you sit in the dark without knowing what's going on and they don't even explain how they get the settlement amount which was also a ridiculous amount ...
