last year end October 2023 my husband transfer money in to my account as he normal do every fortnight using same standard bank account that he always use because its his bank he send money so that I can buy food for the baby the money was on my saving account I transfer the money to my other account with capitec this bank hold my money from that months same day later when i went to capitec bank Bellville they say my money was suspected that there a ***** ok then the lady that help me sad his gonna send email to ***** department so that they can release my money after 3 weeks i went to bank again because i didn't receive my money capitec makhaza the guy that helped me there he was very rude then i decide to call ***** department the lady helped me sad there's nothing they can do they will send the money bank to the account that was coming from then i was like good then i will get because it was from my husband there's no ***** and they can also see in my account that he always send money to me even after they hold that money he did send money again am so disappointed in this bank in my app i can see that money but i cant draw the money I'm so so disappointed because even if i try to send email i don't get clear answer i needed that money because I'm not working I'm just an intern i straggly that months and it was not easy for me to watch my baby crying because of there no food for him when i went to makhaza Centre i cried in front of that rude guy that he couldn't help because i wanted my money for my child but he didn't feel anything as if he never struggle in life he don't know hunger.
