It's refreshing to see competence and a solid work ethic at play as it took less than 6 minutes (yes, I timed it) to get my broken debit card replaced, my updated mobile app re-secured to my cellphone, ensuring issuance of my Master3D securecode on its way and specific account details confirmed with all the myriad of security measures handled seamlessly Also indicated that there would be a follow-up on my request for a card replacement fee to be waived (as the card breaking was not due to negligence). WHY she's not in upper management is beyond me! <br> <br> Keep up the good work in this branch
