Exorbitant loan shark interest rates

I'm not going to beat around the bush - this bank is nothing short of a loan shark. I have a very good credit score, but when I questioned the exorbitant interest rates on loans, I was met with not a single employee who was able to explain the high interest rates to me. On their websites they claim interest rates of 13.75% upwards - trust me this figure does not exist on their systems or books... it's a pie in the sky and completely fictional. I was recently quoted an interest rate of 29% on a very good credit score. I explained to the employee that this type of interest is unheard of. What a loan shark people, stay far away from this bank!
