Exeptional and professional service I have ever had in a bank

I went it to apply for a loan at Westgate branch after being declined from my bank, the service was highly professional and the staff. I was assisted by Katlego. Very patient and the branch manager tried by all means to make sure that I leave the branch happy. I am even thinking of switching my bank because I don't get the same service and benefits from FNB yet I have been loyal to FNB for more then 10 years and paying high bank charges just for nothing now that Capitec also launched their home loans I am definitely leaving FNB and not looking back. Thank you Capitec keep up the good standard.
