Excessive Charges at Capitec

I have a Main Account as well as a Savings Account with Capitec. I was trying to transfer funds between my accounts but found that I couldn't do this, so I visited Capitec Bank at Greenstone mall yesterday 05 Dec, to get this sorted. I was attended by a male teller at cubicle 5 who informed me that I had inadvertently blocked the funds in my account and to unblock the funds I was charged a fee of R341,55. I feel that this charge is excessive, I reason I opened accounts at Capitec was due to their low service charges.
