EXCESSIVE BANKING FEES!!!
A 1 star review is too much. Yesterday I took my 5 year old to our Carletonville branch to open a bank account. The service was excellent. She has been saving all of her coins for so long so we made use of the coin deposit machine. A whole R 1 850.00 saved up for her birthday. To my absolute disgust I found a bank charge of R 273.96 bank fees. What ridiculous charge is this? I will be closing all 3 my accounts with Capitec. My 5 year old daughters birthday money ******.
