I’d like to give massive appreciation to Sihle Malinga for her professionalism and excellent service. 🙌🏽

I app**** for a credit card at Tembisa Birch Acres Capitec branch and requested a limit of R5,000 to help improve my credit score. However, the consultant assisting me app**** for R25,000 instead. When I questioned her, she insisted it would adjust based on my income and expenses. Next thing I knew, I was approved for R19,500, and she claimed it couldn’t be changed. She issued the card anyway.

Once I got home, I called Capitec to verify what she said and it turned out to be completely false. I spoke to two different agents: one offered to log a complaint or transfer me to the branch (The branch didn’t answer their phone), and the other didn’t assist me at all. I was frustrated and felt like no one was listening.

Then I spoke to Sihle Malinga, what a difference! She actually listened, understood my concern, and verified everything clearly. Within minutes, she assisted me in reducing the limit to the R5,000 I originally app**** for.
