Exceptional service

I am bereaved and currently lost my twin sister, I visited Capitec bank branch Mdantsane and i was assisted by Siphokazi Zuka with the notification of death and requesting balance statements for my late sister. The system was giving her errors but she remained calm and very professional, she asked assistance for her colleague next to her desk and to some gent named Luntu who all helped, it was almost the knock off time but all the staff were so patient and helpful. I felt so comforted to be assisted by them im my state of frustration. She ensuted me that she will give me a call when she receives the statement of balance. Thank you so much Siphokazi for your empathy and effeciency, you handled my fragile self with care. I wish i could meet people of yoir calibre while im busy with my sister's estate.
