<p>I just came out of a Southdale branch and was assisted by a consultant by the name of Keneilwe and her manager Theolene. I've never felt so important in my life. They went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with a query that an external bank was supposed to assist me with but failed. I came in the branch depressed but left a very happy client. Thank you guys for the great service I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. </p>
