Exceptional Customer Service Maggie Carlswald Midrand

I'd really love to appreciate the exceptional service that I received from the Carlswald Midrand Capitec branch. I was assisted by Maggie. She was simply AMAZING! What a vast contrast to the atrocious service I received on a call to the client care centre on Friday morning last week. (I will be laying an official complaint for call reference ***2) Maggie was patient and took the time to understand my query regarding an unwarranted hold on my access facility. After it was established that this should have not happened, she inquired from the relevant department who inturn advised that my issue would be escalated to the support specialist department and their turnaround time is 7 working days. I advised her how inconvenient that is for me and she apologized for the inconvenience and sought the help of her regional manager. 15 minutes after I left the branch she called to advise that the hold was removed from my account. I salute Maggie! The lady who handled my call at the customer care line would do well to ***** a page from her book. Thank you so much Maggie, you are a STAR! Thank you for the empathy and being nothing short of magnificent. You restored my faith in Capitec Bank
