Exceptional Customer service from Cleopatra tsie in Isando kraam street

Capitec has always been innovative and exceptional technology wise compared to other banks. Their app offers a lot that doesn't require one to go to the bank e.g reversing debit etc. However when it comes to service they always suck and most of their employees are grumpy and very slow service it feels like you are in a government depatmant especially the Germiston Golden walk branches it's actually ****. But I got a shock of my life in Capitec in krumm street Isando when I got helped by Cleopatra Tsie after having to que twice as the other lady was impatient , grumpy and unfriendly. There was a problem of network with my device provider but she explored all the ways on how to help me download an app and get it registered. A very humble young lady who was willing to go an extra mile to make sure I got my card renewed , details changed and banking app registered. It is with great honor to say Capitec needs more of Cleoplatra Tsie who have passion for helping people and understand the meaning of customer service,A team player who is willing to work beyond expetected boundaries .
