I visited the Carlton Centre Capitec branch this afternoon and would like to comment on the excellent service I received from your consultant by the name of Simmy , wow, 100/100. The first thing that stood out for me when I was approaching her desk is that she stood up to greet me & sat down afterwards , her manner in which she speaks to you, she listens to what the query is about and does the work flawlessly. She’s super friendly, excellent customer handling skills, great communicator , explains each step thoroughly, she knows her job 200% Thank you for having such an asset in your organization, she’s a keeper & such great commitment to customer service should be commended highly and not go unnoticed.
