Exceptional customer service
On the 28th of April 2020 I visited Capitec Bank Brigde city...I had a argent matter that I needed help with and I must say I got exceptional service from Thabile Mdabe the CSC she was so polite and you could tell she was very concerned about me .As I was about to leave the branch she asked if I got what I needed I told her no..... She called Thandiwe Hughes the branch manager and explained From there Thandiwe went out of her way to make sure that I got the help that I came for with the smile still on their faces. I just wanted to thank you keep it up.
