Excellent superb tremendous service from Thabo Capitec Kruis Street

Thabo At CAPITEC Kruis street Johannesburg (Give that man a Bells) I recently got hijacked, lost my smart phone and some belongings. I went to 4 Capitec stores one in Sandton close to my work place, Ghandi square Capitec and Carlton center mall Capitec and one near Albertina Sisulu street With the same issue : I simply wanted to change my current banking number to a new one. I bought a small phone as I was desperate. The four stores all tried to send the onetime pin to my new number but an sms failed to come through my phone. This whole process took me over a week and 4 stores until I passed my kruis Capitec in Joburg. I was about to close my account as I was also scared the ****s could have now accessed my account details and also I was disappointed I can’t do my cellphone banking so the account was becoming a bit useless to me. I told the consultant Thabo I want to change my number to my surprise without hesitation he did send the one time pin it didn’t come through,he then suggested I change my sim card to another phone the problem might be the sms settings. I did and immediately got the one time pin. My problems where sorted in flash just like that. I’ve never felt such relief and happiness in a long time worse after what I’ve been through. A simple smart but yet simple thinking solved an issue I had for weeks. ALL Capitec consultants must Learn to practice Thabo’s service skills. Go the extra mile take their time, and take care of each client with caution and dignity no matter the appearance or bank balance. EVERY WALK IN CLIENT IS THERE TO BRING MONEY. I’m talking from experience. I’m a director of a Telecommunications Company that’s in retail. And our margins come from “foot traffic”and such service is what keeps clients’ Trust in an organization.
