EXCELLENT SERVICE PROVIDED - RUDOLPH MABUSELA
I app**** for a loan on my mobile banking app and did not get much assistance from the consultant who called me regarding the application.
However I am very happy that i went to the Capitec Westgate branch on the Saturday the 25th of May and was assisted by Rudolph Mabusela, and I must say the level of service and professionalism that I received was impeccable. He kept me updated with the application process as there were issues with the application.
Keep up the excellent service and may it not end with me!!!!!!!
