Mall@reds branch - the staff are very friendly and helpful, dealt with 2 consultants who both assisted me as I did have an account years ago and needed to open it to have my salary deposited and the first consultant assisted me even though I did not have my cell phone on me for the verification code, she processed everything and all i had to do was go in the next day and the other consultant also assisted me as i was having data connection issues to download the app and she connected me on the Capitec wifi and all was sorted out within minutes - looking forward to long and happy relationship with Capitec.....
