Excellent Service -Groblersdal Van Riebeeck Street Branch

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Thosago and Branch manager Abram. They turned my frustration into a pleasant client experience. I was at the branch to apply for credit and the system had an error and could not load my contract. I was at the branch from around 15h30 until around 18h30. The resilience that was shown by this gentlemen by calling IT and trying the application repeatedly even after hours. I have been with Capitec for 15 years and this service just re-assured my loyalty. Awesome Service guys, others could have said come back tomorrow. Keep up the great work
