Excellent service from the capitec complaint management department

I shared my complain on hellopeter about the bad service my uncle with regard to the deposit that went wrong. A day after i logged a complain, capitec complaint management consultant called me and within two weeks the error was fixed and my uncle got the money back... The consultant who dealt with the matter was very friendly and even offered counseling to my uncle and gave him the assurance that he's at the right and safe place and hes definitely going to be assisted of which he was assisted....
