I would like to say a big thank you to capitec consultant named Tariq Sallie. I've been banking with capitec Bank for some time now and never experienced a bad service like the one I got from Andisiwe. Tariq came to my rescue, his professionalism is the reason I'm staying with capitec. He was calm, he listens and made sure my query was resolved. What I liked about him the most is he understood customer satisfaction and never played the blame game like the previous consultants. He took responsibility for a brand he's representing and made sure to keep me in the loop of what was happening. Thank you Tariq for your transparency and excellent service.
