Excellent Service from Sonja at Capitec, Platinum Square Rustenburg

Because I am blind, and are constantly on oxygen, and are unable to go to the branch myself, we went to the Capitec at Platinum Square Rtburg on Tuesday. We were assisted by Sonja Booysen, who were ansolutely kind, helpful, patient and professional!!! She helped us step by step, to grant POA to my wife, to do my banking on my behalf. And her fingerprint and pic was also added to my profile, with a duplicate card!🏆👏This was n awesome experience , which is very scarce in the world today! We all know that when the wife takes your card and the sms keep on ringing🙈😜😜, but Sonja, thank you so much for all your good advice on how to manage your account and credit rating!
