Excellent service from Mr Nhlapho!!
A week ago my mom needed help unlocking her savings, the guy she spoke to was so excellent. He was patient with her over the phone, explaining everything in sotho. I just forgot his name but his surname is Nhlapho. Magiba Nhlapho I think. We need more people like you working in customer services sir.
