Excellent service from Complaints team leader

After many hiccups re the selfie feature on the bank app, I was so surprised to receive a call from Teamleader, Monique, complaintsdept, on past Saturday afternoon at 17.35pm!!!! We suggested ideas to make this security easier for blind and disabled persons. We are now in the process to obtain the members disability documents, to enable Capitec to assist all.
