Excellent service from capitec Bank

I was trying to buy a product online, the price I saw it was not the price deducted. So I immediately call capitec to stop transaction but unfortunately they can't assist, however they promise to get me my money back though the process might take 21 days. The lady who was dealing with case was always giving me updates and the latest findings while they were still busy. She explained to me the process and the measurements they use to get me refund and she tell me that she will to central bank if the guys are still refusing to pay back. Exactly on the 22 day of my quiry the money was in my bank.
