EXCELLENT SERVICE

Yesterday 18.08.2026 after 4pm I was tired from work but had to go to the bank .I was assisted by Mlungisi Secunda Capitec a very nice and friendly young man.Mlungisi was friendly,professional,helpful and made sure that everything was handled efficiently.I truly appreciate the great customer service while he was also tired but managed to keep a smile and conversations flowing.I am the new customer at Capitec and Mlungisi was selling Capitec to me and I was impressed .Thank you for going extra mile excellent service
