Excellent service Capitec
I went to Capitec on Monday, 2 July 2018 after work to apply for a credit card and I got exceptional service from the Kempton Square Shopping Centre Branch Manager and Malebogo Masedi. The branch closes at 5:30p pm and is in an area that is not that safe but Malebogo Masedi stayed till about 7:00 pm late to assist and ensure that I got assistance. I was in awe and would like to commend Capitec for their outstanding customer service standards, all the other banks can learn a thing or two.
