Excellent service by Albert Botes - Parkview

I took my 71 year old mother to Capitec Parkview today to reset her pin code. Going to the bank is already stressful for the elderly and she was worried that she would not be understood. And then we were assisted by Albert Botes, he was kind and caring. To say that he was patient would be an understatement. Albert, you have done Capitec proud. May you have a great future ahead of you. Capitec please give him the acknowledgement that he deserves for his excellent customer service.
