Excellent service and value at Capitec

I recently changed to Capitec bank (early July 2020) and received excellent service from Shelton at the Columbine branch. The process took less than half an hour and was efficient and professional. Shelton also phoned me personally a few days later to check on progress of moving debit orders. Capitec has far lower charges than And a and pays 2.5% interest on an ordinary savings account, compared to zero at Absa! The app and internet banking are easy to use. I am very impressed and send many thanks to Capitec and to Shelton and Columbine in particular.
