I would like to let you know that I received excellent service from Kgahliso Tladi last month when came to your branch.

I was there yesterday again and got the same wonderful service from him as well as his colleague Carl Pitamber.

People don't do this at all anymore, just to say thank you for the excellent client service. They should be acknowledged for this even it is just from one very happy client.
