Excellent Service

I went to capitec bank at the corner Harrison and main street in Joburg to apply for a loan. After i was treated badly on ahother branch. I got an excellent service from Siyabonga, my HR was not available to confirm my employment at that point but Siya didn't pernalised me for that, he asked advised from his manager on what to do. He followed up with me until he could get hold of the HR, i couldn't go back to the bank the same day, but he continued following up with me to come to the branch to complete the process. I must say i felt like IM A PRIVATE banker.
