excellent service
I went into the Randridge Mall branch yesterday to open an account - the wait was short, service was excellent - the entire process was effortless - i just needed my ID card - and everything went smoothly - my internet banking was activated straight after the account was opened - the entire process was around 15mins - the consultant, i am embarassed to say i've forgotten her name - made the process so easy - we chatted about life all the time she kept the process moving along - she was great - well done!!!
