Excellent Service

End of March I went to Kathu Village mall branch to complain about high bank charges. My account is very busy there is money in and out almost every day. A friendly consultant sat down with me and we went through my transactions and she gave me tips on how to cut the costs. End of April & May my charges dropped by more than half the amount I paid in March. Yesterday I needed access to my fixed savings... so I called the customer care line. It was after 5pm, my call was answered within a minute. The consultant who helped was also very friendly and professional. She asked me few security questions and unblocked the account, I had access to the funds immediately. Pity I am bad with names but both consultants were amazing. I am very pleased with the service I received, thank you very much and keep it up.
