I visited your branch in Brits Mall today & was blown away by the outstanding service I received from Ernest. Not only was he just there to assist but went the extra mile to have my query resolved, he interacts with clients professionally & with respect. Ernest listens to understand where the problem is/was & asks questions in order to find a solution.
