Excellent Service

I would like to compliment Michael Milambo on the excellent service I received when opening my Capitec account. He was extremely well versed and appeared to be very competent. His attitude was truly exemplary, and took the time to address each of my concerns in detail. While being attended to by Michael, the branch manager (Shantal Johnson) introduced herself and wanted to get my opinion on the quality of service I received from Michael. She too came across as very professional and accommodating. In general it was a very pleasant experience, and an exception to the usual retail experience.
