Excellent service

I called capite bank on the 24th of December 2020 and requested a bank statement. Amanda assisted me and she was very professional, friendly and welcoming. I asked her to email me the statement asap.

Normally it takes about 48 hours to be sent. However she sent it within minutes and even called me back to confirm if I received it. I was very happy with the service and I want to ask capitec to recognize her excellent service and willingness to go the extra mile.
