excellent service
Zandile was of great assistance to me after one of her stuff messed up my account or rather made a mistake on my account because of bad attitude. She gave me great service and feedback and also followed up my query to my satisfaction. I would like to see more of such service offered to clients especially at banks more especially at capitec banks. Thank you
