Excellent service
<p>This morning I had a telephone query., ref ********** 0. The lady, whose name I cannot rememeber, was extremely helpful and effeciant. When asked to rate the service I unfortunaly pressed the wrong number indicating my query was unresolved when in fact it was most effeciantly resolved. My apologies..</p>
