Excellent Service

<p>I visited Capitec Bank at Tygervalley Mall just to re-activate my Mobile App. I was attended by the service consultant by the name of Josh. He was so friendly and very professional. Even though I only came into branch to re-activate the Mobile App but he made me feel like I was signing up for big loan or credit. He built rapport , he was not like a robot. He even wanted to check and see if I don't qualify for other products due to other commitments that I have I said not at this stage. Josh is really an asset to Capitec Bank. May you treat each and every customer the way you treated me today. I have never felt so special in any other bank. </p> <p>Keep up the good work !!!!!</p>
