Excellent service

<p>I would seriously like to commend a young gentleman by the name of Cuan Vermaak at the Knysna Mall Capitec branch for his excellent, efficient and very friendly service we have received to date with regards to following up on a ***** case with our bank, contrary to the service and feedback we have received from the customer services centre.</p> <p> </p> <p>its a long I time ago since we have received the assistance and follow up he has provided even though we are not from Knysna, only on holiday here.</p> <p> </p> <p>i hope this report gets placed on his personal file</p>
