EXCELLENT SERVICE

Some time in 2014, it came to my attention, when I app**** for my credit report, that Flemix who is Capitec's bueau, listed me. When I received this report I immediately contacted Capitec. I received a reply from one of their staff members by the name of Adelaide Stevens. Adelaide referred to Flemix for further assistance but unfortunately there was no enough information provided to me, at times no replies at all from Flemix. Adelaide Stevens (from Capitec) was always so proficient and always assisted where she could. Today, I am happy to say that Adelaide Stevens of Capitec ensured that all that needed to be corrected from Capitec's side has been corrected. I just was to thank Adelaide for such a good service and assistance that she provided to me. Although I have not received any official letter that confirms the correction (not from Capitec's side) I still want to express my satisfaction with Adelaide's service. It was so exceptional and professional. Keep it up Adelaide Stevens!!!
