Excellent Service

Ive been with Capitec for 3 months now and i cant complain at all sometimes change is not good but moving from Absa ot Capitec was the best move i could make from standing in bank ques for 30 mins to and hour to know being inside a Capitec bank for 15 mins for the longest and not even speaking of the charges.Excellent service from consultants in the branch,sufficient,friendly and very help full i must say no interrogating securities as you come in to the branch or staff being miserable and in there own world.Thank You capitec and i hope you continue with great service in all your branches as i went to 3 branches in Cape town Cbd as well as town centre and has just received excellent service so far.Just one thing you guys need to try and consider is some sort of rewards programme
