Excellent service

I'm super grateful for the excellent and great service I've received from Samkelisiwe Khumalo in the personal loans sales department. She was very helpful, I can never thank her enough. I was very frustrated calling the bank only to be assisted with a person who knew exactly what she was doing and made sure I get the help I needed.
