Excellent employee

I wanted to thank the man with the surname "Philips" at the Capitec Branch at East Point Shopping Centre, Boksburg.

I first went to the other branch at East Rand Mall for assistance with a document I needed to be filled in and signed for a new job offer. They could not help me, and the one consultant was a tad bit rude.

However, I decided to try my luck at East Point. Philips was attentive and immediately took it upon himself to help me with the information I needed. It was quick, friendly, and professional.

Thank you! It saved me a lot of trouble either with my future employer or at other branches elsewhere.
