<p>Yesterday I went to open a bank account at Capitec Bank. I received excellent customer service from Consultant Balo, she connected with me and answered every question I had. She also helped me get the Capitec App and showed me how it works. She wasn't in a hurry she took her time and made sure I understand every detail. I left the bank SATISFIED. Clearly she is passionate about her job. I love her Capitec just gained a customer for life!! </p> <p>Big Ups!!</p>
