Excellent customer service by Cleo Mfundisi

This review is based on my customer service experience with a consultant at westgate mall branch Cleo Mfundisi.She went above and beyond to help me with my issues unfortunately it could not be resolved however Cleo was transparent and made it known that she is really doing all that she could do and made the most of the resources available,a true customer service specialist I hope but nothing of the best for her and may she thrive in the business
