Excellent customer service

Herewith I just want to show my sincere gratitude and my WoW experience I had whilst dealing with Zandile and Kamo.<br> <br> I was applying for finance and had difficulties getting a paid up letter. Zandi assisted me throughout and was patient with the whole process which frustrated me. Finally I received the letter and on the day which I was supposed to get finance Zandi has already knocked off before I got to the branch but she has instructed Kamo to follow up. <br> <br> This is really amazing customer service and it is a real pleasure working with the ladies.<br> <br> I commend them.
