excellent customer service
Lwando is one of the most friendlist banking consultant that I ever delt with, walking into capitec bank promenade mall and being served by him, put a smile on my face, he was so attentive to my query, he had a friendly nature and he made me want to enter the bank and do business with them. That is what I call excellent customer service.... A 9 out of 10 to lwando
