Excellent customer service

I recently had a complaint with Capitec regarding my account but it was resolved quicker, I would like to commend complaint department the way they are making follow-up, I thought I won't use Capitec bank anymore but now I after this experience I started to like it more than before, they are very professional, they take their customers very seriously, thank you once more Fraser Rachidi
