Excellent customer service

Ons Saturday 19 October I visited the Graaff-Reinet branch to send money and upon arrival I felt and was treated in a friendly manner. Finish my deposit and enquire about opening account, I doubted because I hate long procedures, paperwork and questions and was told it was fast. My number we're called and I ended up at Simbulele Nteta. She explained everything before hand and I agreed. It was so effortless and efficient that I couldn't believe when I was done. She explained everything to me, guide me on her phone and showed interest in her work. It's rare to find well trained and passionate staff members nowadays.
