excellent customer service

i went to capitec dat carlswald in midrand today for a replacement card and i was assisted by a consultant by the name of SBU i would like to thank you for a fast and efficient service that you offered and i was in and out of the bank within ten minutes, mind you i did not even have my ID with me but still i have managed to get a replacement within ten minutes, TELL ME WHICH OTHER BANK CAN DO THIS OTHER THAN MY CAPITEC,,, THANK YOU SBU AND ALL THE STAFF AT CARLSWALD MIDRAND.
